GTV News Urdu publishes reporting, video, live coverage, analysis, explainers and fact checks produced by its newsroom, reporters, editors and approved contributors.

Each standard news article should display a visible byline linked to the responsible reporter, author or editorial desk profile. Individual profile pages may include the author’s photograph, designation, department, location, coverage areas, biography, contact details, verified professional links and latest published work.

Individual Reporters and Authors

Individual bylines identify the journalist, presenter, analyst, editor or contributor publicly responsible for the published work. Profiles are maintained to help readers understand an author’s role, experience and areas of coverage.

Editorial Desk Bylines

An editorial desk byline may be used for breaking alerts, collaboratively produced updates, official announcements, newsroom summaries, agency-supported material or stories substantially edited and verified by a desk team.

Use of an editorial desk byline does not remove editorial accountability. The internal publishing account and revision history remain available to authorized newsroom administrators.

Contributor Standards

Reporters, authors and contributors are expected to follow the GTV News Urdu Editorial Policy, disclose material conflicts of interest, verify information, attribute sources appropriately and cooperate with correction reviews.

Corrections and Author Information

If an article contains an error, follow the Corrections Policy. If a reporter profile contains outdated or inaccurate professional information, email info@gtvnetwork.tv with the profile URL and requested change.
